Jazz, soul, world music, pop, and rock – plus a powerful ABBA tribute in big band style with internationally acclaimed singer Lisa Stokke!
During Kulturnatt on 6 September 2025, Arctic Pulse presented a full and vibrant concert programme on the Restaurant Stage at Kulturens Hus in Luleå. From early afternoon until late at night, audiences experienced musical encounters across genres and borders, with seven acts from Finland, Norway and Sweden.
The programme moved freely between jazz, folk, soul, pop and rock and attracted a large and engaged audience throughout the day. One of the evening’s clear highlights was the powerful ABBA tribute in big band format, performed by Lisa Stokke together with LKAB Big Band. The stage opened with an appreciated warm-up by Buller & Bång, the Folk and World Music Ensemble from the Luleå School of Music.
Arctic Pulse curated and delivered the programme as part of its ongoing work to create strong public platforms for cross-border music collaboration in the Arctic region. During Kulturnatt, the Restaurant Stage became a natural meeting place where music, audience and conversation were at the centre.
